Connie was the first Chinese-American woman to have completed the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration's Advanced Management Program. Committed to education and lifelong learning, Ms. Chen is a privileged member of Practising Law Institute (PLI) and has taught at Adelphia, Iona, Columbia University Business School, New School and NYU.
Connie co-founded a "Family Business" Special Interest Group at the Harvard Club of NYC and is a member of numerous boards and professional organizations. Connie is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai-nese.
David M. Zendzian

David M. Zendzian has over 25 years Information Technology & Security experience and is most recently with NY Venture Bank where he is Chief Security Officer. Before the bank, David was a founder of ZZ Servers where he was Architect, CTO & CSO. ZZ Servers is a managed security and hosting provider focusing on businesses needing PCI, HIPAA and other infrastructure and security solutions.
David saw the need to create ZZ Servers after spending years as a PCI QSA and Penetration Tester working with companies such as Virgin Mobile, Williams Sonoma, Wells Fargo Bank, US Marine Corps and Kayak.com.
As an industry leader, Davis has served as CISO for the founding of Virgin Mobile and as security technology manager leading security initiatives for Wells Fargo Bank.
Harold, an economist and former FCC commissioner, advises Agnes Intelligence regarding policy and regulatory matters.
Harold is the Director of the Hudson Institute's Center for the Economics of the Internet and author of A Tough Act to Follow, a book about the difficulties of implementing the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
From 1997 through 2001, Mr. Furchtgott-Roth served as a commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission. In that capacity, he served on the Joint Board on Universal Service. He is one of the few economists to have served as a federal regulatory commissioner, and the only one to have served on the Federal Communications Commission.
Before his appointment to the FCC, he was chief economist for the House Committee on Commerce and a principal staff member on the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Earlier in his career, he was a senior economist with Economists Incorporated and a research analyst with the Center for Naval Analyses.
Mr. Furchtgott-Roth is a member of the Washington Legal Foundation's Legal Policy Advisory Board. He is the coauthor of three books: Cable TV: Regulation or Competition, with R.W. Crandall, The Brookings Institution, 1996; Economics of A Disaster: The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, with B.M. Owen et al, Quorum Books, 1995; and International Trade in Computer Software, with S.E. Siwek, Quorum Books, 1993.
Harold earned his doctorate in economics from Stanford and his undergraduate degree from MIT.
